BerliCon 2009 - German DipCon 2009

BerliCon is Germany's second oldest and at the same time most regular Diplomacy convention. It's for the 6th in a row that diplomats from different countries are coming together in the capital.
These are the other features:

- German Championship and step of the European GrandPrix
