Public Transportation

Berlin has one big system including these means of travel:

S-Bahn S-Bahn (city train)
U-Bahn U-Bahn
Bus Bus / Metrobus
Tram Tram /Metrotram Metrotram
Bahn Bahn (regional trains: RE, RB)

(Metro means it's actually the same but with a chic orange M ;-). ) With every ticket you buy you can use them all.

SOME TICKETS HAVE TO BE VALIDATED: stick them in the RED BOX unless they already have a date and a time printed on them. When it makes "pling" you are fine ;-)
